Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a Manager Production Planning to lead the master production schedule and optimize inventory control, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient use of plant resources. The role requires coordinating multiple manufacturing sections and aligning with the overall production plan to meet customer demand.

The successful candidate will drive material planning and purchasing activities, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years related experience.
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, Outlook, and MFGPro.
• Ability to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute the master production schedule and maximize plant resources.
• Coordinate manufacturing sections and align with production plan to meet demand.
• Monitor performance against estimates and manage inventory costs.
• Lead purchasing and material planning to support the master schedule and optimize spend.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
