Job summary

Daavision B.V., part of ADM, is seeking a Production Planner to orchestrate end-to-end production planning, balancing demand, inventory, and capacity. You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Customer Service to keep production running smoothly and to meet customer commitments.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree and 3–5 years in planning or logistics, with expertise in production planning, inventory control, and ERP systems (M3).

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in planning, logistics, supply chain, or procurement.
• Experience in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
• Analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven.
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and planning/ERP systems (M3).
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end production planning, ensuring efficient production flow and excellent customer service.
• Translate customer demand into production schedules while balancing capacity, inventory and material availability.
• Act as the key link between Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to align priorities and deliver on commitments.
• Ensure right products are available at the right time by proactively managing inventories and replenishment.
• Coordinate procurement of raw and packaging materials to support uninterrupted production and growth.
• Anticipate challenges, adjust production plans, and drive solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Keep stakeholders informed by communicating planning updates, risks, and opportunities clearly.
• Use data and insights to optimize planning processes and improve service levels.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning, procurement, logistics and supply chain functions.
• Champion ADM's commitment to quality, safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
