Job summary

NTS Eindhoven is seeking a Planner to manage daily and medium-term production planning in a high-tech environment. You will ensure optimal scheduling, coordinate lead times and priorities with customers, and collaborate with Production Management, Purchasing, and Sales.

On the shop floor you’ll monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and support continuous improvement. This role offers growth toward a Logistics Engineer position with broader process responsibilities.

Qualifications

HBO level of education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.
Experience in a similar role within a technical production environment is a plus.
Experience with ERP systems (Navision is a big plus).
Good Excel skills and a structured, data-driven way of working.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Set up, monitor, and optimize the planning process in the ERP system for production orders.
Plan and manage short and medium-term capacity and material supply.
Assess, incorporate, and monitor urgent orders, including initiating changes or accelerations.
Analyze weekly planning and advise production management on bottlenecks.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in material supply in consultation with Purchasing.
Understand safety stocks and order quantities to improve delivery reliability.
Be visible on the shop floor to coordinate with operations.
