Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 7 years work experience in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and MFGPro.
• Ability to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Master Production Schedule and maximize plant resources to meet demand.
• Coordinate sections of manufacturing to follow production schedules and improve responsiveness.
• Oversee purchasing and material planning to optimize costs and manage inventory control.
• Pursue continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Review budgets and allocate operating funds as needed.
• Audit inventory transactions and daily cycle counts.
