Job summary

Prodrive Technologies is seeking a Process Engineer Production Planning to join our Operational Excellence team in the Netherlands. You will design, transform, and scale the production planning process for a high-tech manufacturing environment, bridging business needs with SAP PP/MM and APS.

With 4+ years in production planning, you will optimize tools, improve scheduling, and collaborate with IT and production to enable data-driven planning across new sites and Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar production planning role.
• Strong foundation in production planning, capacity planning and scheduling.
• Experience in supply chain analysis and process optimization.
• Proficiency with planning software; experience in OMP and SAP PP/MM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize production planning processes by shaping and improving advanced planning tools.
• Improve planner productivity, planning reliability, and data-driven integration in supply chain processes.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Translate planning complexity into clear, manageable processes (BOMs, routings, capacity, rules).
• Collaborate with Production, Planning and IT to ensure requirements are integrated into system logic.
