Job summary

Nutreco's Trouw Nutrition unit seeks a Pricing Lead to shape and embed strategic, value-based pricing across a growing portfolio. You will strengthen margin discipline and enable data-driven commercial decisions in a global matrix.

Lead pricing governance, tools, and back-end processes (ERP/M3) while partnering with product, finance and procurement to drive value capture and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pricing or commercial strategy experience.
• Degree in business, economics or related field.
• Experience influencing pricing across global teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities and KPI translation.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement value-based pricing frameworks across portfolio.
• Guide pricing decisions through product life cycles to protect margins.
• Collaborate with product, finance and commercial teams globally.
• Develop pricing strategies including bundles and discounts.
