Job summary

Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco company, is seeking a Global Product Manager for Precision Nutrition to link customer needs with portfolio strategy and drive commercial value worldwide.

You will collaborate across regions and functions to shape growth opportunities, manage lifecycle, and support global go-to-market plans with a focus on natural betaine and trace minerals, including regional execution and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in animal nutrition, feed additives, animal health, or related industry.
• Background in veterinary science, animal nutrition, animal production, animal health, agribusiness or similar field, ideally at MSc or PhD level.
• Experience in product management, technical sales or a commercially focused role, with the confidence to engage directly with customers
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally around 25%

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales, R&D, legal, pricing, regulatory, marketing communications and regional teams to drive success of the Precision Nutrition portfolio and bring value-added solutions to market.
• Support the multi-year global marketing strategy for Precision Nutrition, focusing on trace minerals and ruminant-related needs.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into portfolio strategies, value propositions and go-to-market plans.
• Drive product lifecycle management and contribute to innovation projects across commercial, technical and operational teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders, supporting regional teams through visits, trainings, events and key account initiatives.
• Develop marketing and technical materials, including launch packages, campaigns, presentations and product communication.
• Monitor portfolio and sales performance to support decision-making and future strategy.

As part of our global marketing organization, you'll help shape the future direction of our Precision Nutrition category. The portfolio includes solutions such as natural betaine and trace minerals. Working across regions and functions, you'll identify growth opportunities, drive portfolio strategy and support commercial success around the world. What You’ll Do

• You'll work closely with sales, R&D, legal, pricing, regulatory, marketing communications and regional business teams to drive the success of our Precision Nutrition portfolio and bring value-added solutions to market.

Who We’re Looking For

• We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone who enjoys working in a global environment, collaborating across functions and turning ideas into action.
• Around 5 to 10 years of experience in animal nutrition, feed additives, animal health, animal pharma or a related industry.
• A background in veterinary science, animal nutrition, animal production, animal health, agribusiness or a similar field, ideally at MSc or PhD level.
• Experience in product management, technical sales or a commercially focused role, with the confidence to engage directly with customers
• Strong project management skills and the ability to align stakeholders around a shared goal.
• Confidence working in an international matrix organization with global, regional and local stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally, around 25% of the time.
