Job summary

Huntsman is seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to drive pricing strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and India. You will connect Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Manufacturing, delivering pricing initiatives that improve value and margin.

You will lead pricing activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support strategic priorities to maximize value creation while ensuring timely execution and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, or business performance role.
Experience in a B2B manufacturing environment.
Exposure to the chemical industry is an advantage but not essential.
Proven experience translating data and market insights into commercial recommendations.

Responsibilities

Develop pricing strategies and set targets across EAMEI; support price-change communications.
Lead ongoing pricing activities across product, sales, marketing, finance, supply chain and manufacturing; focus on value capture and deal execution.
Coordinate day-to-day pricing and commercial decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions to support timely business decisions and effective execution of commercial initiatives.
Build partnerships with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Finance to drive pricing performance and business results.
Set up, deploy and improve pricing tools and processes; promote continuous improvement and sharing of best practices.
Capture and communicate market intelligence to support pricing, portfolio and commercial decisions across the EAMEI region.
Lead and develop one team member.
