Job description

SPS Supply Chain Design, Analytics and AI Leader

In this role, you have the opportunity to build and lead the global SPS Supply Chain Design, Analytics and AI organization within Service Parts Supply Chain. You will shape future supply-chain capabilities, turn data and technology into stronger business decisions, and lead the practical adoption of AI across SPS, helping improve customer experience and productivity in a global health-technology environment. The team is responsible for the core processes, data architecture, analytics and digital capabilities that enable a high-performing service-parts supply chain. This is a transformation leadership opportunity for someone who can connect strategy with execution, build a newly formed global organization and move AI from promising ideas to scaled business value.

Your role:

Own and evolve SPS process and data architecture design principles and strategy. Create and evaluate end-to-end supply‑chain concepts and scenarios aligned with business‑unit and regional strategies and needs. Drive SPS innovation and transformation initiatives while safeguarding global process standards, data integrity and architecture principles. Partner with the Philips Supply Chain Center of Excellence, Service Center of Excellence, and IT to ensure resilient and consistent supply‑chain IT performance and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. Lead experts and people managers who design processes, data structures and tools that create measurable business value. Drive the annual IT investment‑planning process to secure support for projects and system upgrades. Transform SPS into a data‑insights‑driven supply chain and provide insights that strengthen strategy and decision‑making. Shape and execute the SPS AI agenda, identify high‑value business use cases, drive implementation of AI solutions, accelerate adoption, and scale measurable business value across SPS. Drive parts‑sales growth alongside excellent parts‑delivery performance by identifying and executing opportunities that create customer and business value. Build and integrate a newly formed global organization across locations, functions and leadership layers. Build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders across SPS, IT, business and transformation organizations.

You are the right fit if:

You hold a relevant Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent. You bring 10+ years of meaningful supply‑chain experience in a global, large‑company environment, including experience in supply‑chain design, data science or transformation. You have proven experience leading large global organizations through multiple management layers, including managing managers and developing high‑performing leadership teams. You have successfully led organizational transformation, integrated teams from different functions or organizations, and created a shared culture and vision. You bring strong capability in supply‑chain design, analytics, process architecture and data architecture. You have experience with IT and business‑intelligence techniques, methods and tools. You understand how to identify high‑value AI use cases, translate business needs into AI opportunities, and drive adoption beyond proof‑of‑concept stage. You can identify complex supply‑chain, process or organizational challenges, define a clear direction, and translate ideas into practical, implemented solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Experience with AI implementation, adoption or scaling of AI‑enabled capabilities would be highly valued, particularly where it contributed to operational improvement, better decision‑making or measurable business results. You have a track record of leading business, supply‑chain or digital transformation and turning complex challenges into measurable results. You demonstrate strong executive presence and can influence senior SPS, ISC, business and IT leaders in a highly matrixed global environment. You bring a collaborative leadership style and enjoy working across cultures, functions and geographies. You demonstrate a growth mindset, encouraging learning and continuous improvement while translating opportunities into sustainable parts‑sales growth. You are willing to travel globally to support team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
