Job summary

Jobster is seeking a Senior HR Operations/Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and the full employee lifecycle across multiple European countries. This on-site role is based in Amersfoort, serving as the primary contact for employees and managers on policy and labor legislation.

Responsibilities include onboarding to offboarding, policy implementation with regional leadership, Dutch employment law compliance, absence management coordination, payroll and benefits oversight, and HR system

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proven knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR administration practices.
• Experience supporting multiple European countries and related regulations.
• Experience with HR systems (Oracle HCM preferred) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee all employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accurate administration.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in coordination with regional leadership.
• Monitor local labor legislation across Europe to ensure full compliance with employment regulations.
• Coordinate absence management and ARBO services per Dutch reintegration and disability laws.
• Administer performance management processes and provide support to managers and staff.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment providers and temporary staffing agencies.
• Oversee HR systems (Oracle HCM, Trakstar Perform) data integrity and reporting.
• Administer employee benefits, including pension schemes, insurances, and company car fleet.
