Job summary

Intralox is seeking a strategic People & Culture Business Partner to align talent and leadership development with business goals in the Netherlands. You’ll partner with Hoofddorp leaders, drive engagement, and shape performance and organizational effectiveness across functions.

You will coach leaders, develop talent, and lead change initiatives while delivering practical people solutions that support long-term success. This role offers hybrid working options and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience partnering with leaders to drive talent and organizational development.
Strong presentation and coaching skills.
English fluency required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies improving capability and performance.
Coach managers on performance management, development, and workforce planning.
Advise leaders and employees to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Lead talent and succession planning to meet current and future needs.
Design and deliver leadership training strengthening culture and values.
Coordinate onboarding foundation training programmes for new hires.
Conduct employee touchpoints across lifecycle to boost engagement and retention.
Drive employee relations initiatives guiding fair decisions.
Lead continuous improvement projects in People & Culture processes.
Collaborate on organizational design, change management, and communications.
