Job summary

Intralox is seeking a Customer Service Account Representative (Spanish speaking) to join our EMEA Customer Service team. Based near Amsterdam/Hoofddorp, you will manage customer inquiries, quotations, and orders, delivering reliable service and building long-term B2B relationships.

You will partner with Account Managers and internal teams to resolve challenges, support commercial initiatives, and identify value-added solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.
• Experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or a similar commercial role (2+ years).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

Our EMEA Customer Service team is an important link between customers and colleagues across Sales, Engineering, Production, Credit, and Logistics. From our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, we provide timely, accurate support while helping customers identify solutions that create meaningful value for their businesses. As a Customer Service Account Representative, you will manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders while building strong, long-term B2B relationships. You will partner closely with Account Managers and internal teams to resolve challenges, support commercial initiatives, and contribute to business growth. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service and commercial expertise in a dynamic international environment.

What you’ll do

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders accurately to deliver a reliable and seamless customer experience.
• Build trusted relationships with B2B customers by serving as a knowledgeable point of contact and providing guidance on products, pricing, lead times, and solutions.
• Coordinate technical enquiries and collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely and successful customer outcomes.
• Partner with Account Managers to support customer accounts, business development initiatives, and commercial growth opportunities.
• Proactively identify customer needs, recommend value-added solutions, and support sales activities through targeted customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate customer data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and customer satisfaction

What you bring

• Business-level fluency in English and Spanish. An additional European language is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or another commercial role preferably supporting B2B customers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to recognize customer and business opportunities.
• Technical aptitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.
• A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership and contribute ideas for improvement.
