Job summary

Innatera is seeking a People Business Partner to scale our Dutch semiconductor team. You will report to the Head of People & Culture and translate business priorities into practical people solutions, enabling a high-performing, healthy organization.

You’ll lead leadership coaching, onboarding/offboarding, and policy development while ensuring Dutch labour law compliance and collaborative Works Council involvement. Join us to drive growth with thoughtful people strategies.

Qualifications

Senior HR/People leadership experience with hands-on partnering.
Experience with growth, change, and evolving processes in a fast-growing tech setting.
Proven coaching and advisory capabilities.
Experience supporting managers and employees through complex topics (performance, development, conflict, illness, termination).
Experience running core people processes (performance reviews, development cycles, goal setting).
Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive execution.
Strong understanding of Dutch employment law and internal policies.

Responsibilities

Partner with team leads to build high-performing, engaged teams.
Provide guidance on leadership, culture, and coaching through training and support.
Manage manager lifecycle moments: onboarding, offboarding, role changes, transitions, performance conversations.
Address capability gaps and organizational risks with Head of People & Culture.
