Job summary

Brink Climate Systems in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR Shared Service Centre and support six companies across six locations, with primary focus on Lichtenvoorde and Staphorst.

You will translate business objectives into people strategies, lead organizational development initiatives, and collaborate with international HR centers of expertise to drive change and improve workforce performance. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Five+ years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally in an international industrial environment.
Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law, HR regulations, and employee relations.
Experience with absence management, reintegration, and related compliance.

Responsibilities

Partner with managers on all people-related topics and strategic workforce challenges.
Translate business objectives into people strategies and workforce plans that support organizational growth.
Coach and challenge managers on leadership, performance, talent development, and engagement.
Lead organizational development, transformation, and change management initiatives.
Advise on employee relations and Dutch employment law.
Support absence management and reintegration cases per regulations.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends and support decisions.
Contribute to HR projects strengthening organizational culture and leadership.
