Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Partnership Manager to support management and development of named partner relationships within the Northern Consumer Business, focused on the Dutch market. The role involves coordinating partner activities, tracking performance, and identifying new business opportunities within existing partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in account support or partnership management.
• Fluency in Dutch and strong English.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and development of relationships with assigned partners.

About The Role

You will work closely with more senior colleagues and partner stakeholders to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support commercial activity, and contribute to the delivery of agreed objectives.

What we are looking for

• A relevant degree, preferably BBA or similar
• 2–4 years of experience in account support, partnership management, operations, or a similar role
• Interest in relationship management and business development, ideally within insurance or financial services
• A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented working style
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in Dutch and strong English skills
• Willingness to travel within Europe when required
