Job summary

Stay22, Montreal-based, seeks aSenior Account Manager to own a major OTA account, grow it, and drive multi‑team collaboration across product and go‑to‑market groups. You will map the organization, identify decision-makers, and build multi-threaded relationships to ensure sustained outcomes.

You will report to the Head of Supply, lead QBRs, and deliver executive‑level insights. Expect significant cross‑functional exposure and travel to stay connected with partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic partnerships or key account management with multi-million-dollar accounts.
• Proven OTA experience (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, or comparable) with senior relationships.
• Experience running ABM programs against named accounts with profiling and engagement planning.
• Ability to build trust across all levels of an organization and manage cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own one major account and grow it with autonomy.
• Develop account maps and engagement plans with stakeholders.
• Lead QBRs and executive-level reports; travel 30-40%.
• Coordinate with product and go-to-market teams on strategy.
