Job summary

GRESB is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our small marketing, events, and communications team in Amsterdam. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and website updates while supporting a broad range of marketing operations.

You’ll help rebuild the GRESB website with WordPress, contribute to AI-driven workflow improvements using Claude, and assist with The Pulse podcast/video content.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, Administration, Environmental Science and/or Policy, or related fields.
• Interest in Sustainability/ESG issues is valued.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a busy, international environment.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude) and a curiosity for new tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with digital marketing operations and updates across multiple channels including website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and the GRESB Insights blog.
• Support a full rebuild of the GRESB website using WordPress, including content creation, testing, and launch readiness.
• Identify inefficiencies and help develop AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual work while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Assist in production of The Pulse by GRESB, including recording and editing audio/video content.
• Prepare, test, and send newsletters to targeted audiences and track KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in marketing materials.
• Support SEO best practices such as keyword usage and meta descriptions.
• Provide general support for ongoing website maintenance and marketing projects.
