The Revenue Operations Manager willco-lead the annual sales planning process, forecasting accuracy, and establish a structured operating cadence across regions, working closely with regional heads and cross-functional teams to improve revenue predictability and execution.

This role will also lead a step-change in the organisation’s use of data and automation. You will report to the Chief Financial & Operating Officer, working closely with Finance and with the regional Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering and Planning:

  • Act as a business partner to senior sales leadership, providing forward-looking insights, challenging assumptions, and driving corrective action on performance gaps.

  • Lead the annual sales planning process, including territory design, quota setting, and capacity modelling.

  • Own sales forecasting models and forecast accuracy across regions, using advanced analytics and AI to improve pipeline prioritisation and scenario planning.

  • Align go-to-market activity across sales, business development, finance, marketing, and product to improve conversion, productivity, and retention.

Reporting and Performance Management:

  • Run a structured operating cadence of forecast calls, business reviews, and pipeline inspection across regions.

  • Define and track core commercial KPIs by region, product and segment, covering new sales, upsell, renewals, churn, conversion, and productivity.

  • Translate reporting into clear actions, surfacing risks, underperformance, and required interventions to senior leadership.

  • Ensure reporting is automated, scalable and near real-time, reducing reliance on manual data aggregation.

Data, Systems, and Automation:

  • Lead the transformation of sales data quality, governance and usage, establishing a single source of truth for commercial performance across regions and systems.

  • Identify and implement AI and automation across the sales lifecycle (e.g. lead scoring, pipeline prioritisation, forecasting, segmentation, reporting) to cut manual effort and improve speed and accuracy.

  • Standardise and redesign core sales processes — lead generation, qualification, and deal closure — to improve efficiency and consistency.

  • Own Salesforce and the wider commercial tech stack, ensuring data integrity, correct usage, and a scalable, integrated toolset.

  • Partner with Technology and Data teams to deliver the commercial data and analytics infrastructure and evaluate emerging sales enablement tools.

Enablement and Incentives:

  • Drive adoption of processes, tools, data standards and performance expectations across global teams, including training on Salesforce and other enablement tools.

  • Run regular sales training and team meetings to spread best practice, and own onboarding for new commercial hires.

  • Align sales and marketing on lead qualification and handover and strengthen coordination with Finance and Product on GTM execution.

  • Channel sales-team and customer feedback into the product roadmap.

  • Support the design of incentive structures aligned to strategic priorities and revenue outcomes, including regional programmes for opportunistic goals.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, finance operations, or a similar business supporting role.

  • Outstanding organizational and relationship-building skills, with experience as a business partner to senior leaders.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to work well in a cross‑functional, global environment.

  • Proficiency in sales CRM, revenue management systems, data analytics, and visualization tools.

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proven track record of improving sales performance through data, process, automation, and operational discipline.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong Experience with Salesforce administration and integration with marketing tools and IT ecosystem.

  • Knowledge of sales forecasting and planning models.

  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Gong, BigDough, Zoominfo, etc.

  • Experience implementing AI or advanced analytics solutions within a commercial or sales environment.

  • Involvement in a fast growing international data-driven company

  • Opportunity to work with a highly talented and committed team in a supportive environment with strong camaraderie

  • Annual leave of 25 days per calendar year
