Qualifications

• Completed university education.
• At least five years of work experience.
• You have a proactive attitude and enjoy taking initiative.
• You like to bring structure and have an eye for detail.
• You have excellent analytical skills and are interested in, but preferably already have experience in risk management and compliance.
• You are a true team player and enjoy collaborating, with both your direct colleagues and colleagues from other teams in the organization.
• You can also work well independently.
• You are open to discussion.
• You are able to express yourself clearly in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Map and assess risks within Cardano, including risk self-assessments with teams.
• Investigate incidents to identify root causes and improvement opportunities in processes.
• Contribute from a risk perspective to projects and provide recommendations to mitigate risk.
• Support monitoring and recording of risk and compliance activities in the system.
