Job summary

A global trading firm in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Operational Risk Manager to lead the operational risk frameworks and manage prudential risk across European offices. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant operational & prudential risk management experience.
• Experience interpreting prudential risk regulations.
• Understanding of financial markets and trading operations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the Key Control Framework and manage critical controls.
• Conduct Risk Survey and Risk Control Self-Assessment.
• Partner with teams to embed risk controls in systems.
• Lead Business Continuity Planning processes across offices.
• Manage IFR/IFD prudential risk for Amsterdam and London.
• Own the ICARA process and Pillar 3 disclosures.
