For the Enterprise Risk Management team of our listed client, we are lookingfor a qualified Risk Manager.

The Risk Manager will report directly to the Director Internal Audit and will work closely together with senior management and various departments (e.g. Internal Control and ESG) within the organization. This role will further strengthen the risk function within the organization,promoting a risk culture with directimpactin managingthe framework andrelatedprocesses.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the embedding (and maintenance) ofoverall risk management framework within the organization. This includes governance, taxonomy, risk identification and facilitation of workshops, etc.
• Ensuring thatrisk management standards and policies are up to date and support implementation within the regions and at the corporate level.
• Be an ambassador for creating a risk culture within the organization.
• Support reporting to the Supervisory Board, Board of Management, and other key stakeholders by providing insight into risk exposures (including risk heatmaps) and performance against set risk appetite, which will facilitate decision-making at the relevant level.
• Maintain the corporate risk registers, including the validation and identification of potential new risks.
• Participate in and facilitate risk workshops at various levels within the organization.
• Ensure good interaction with relevant stakeholders (in particular with Internal Control and Internal Audit).
• Ensure the integration of ESG factors into the companiesoverall risk management framework in close cooperation with the sustainability function.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree inFinance/Economics or relevant Risk Management education;
• 6+ years of relevant working experiencein an international context;

• Strong written and oral communication skills (English).
