Job summary

Cardano is seeking an Operational Risk Professional to map and assess risks across the organization, conduct risk self-assessments, and identify root causes of incidents. You will help implement improvements in processes to strengthen business continuity and risk controls.

You will participate in projects from a risk perspective and maintain risk records in the risk & compliance system, collaborating with teams and stakeholders across Cardano.

Qualifications

• Requires university education.
• Minimum five years of work experience.
• Proactive attitude and initiative.
• Ability to bring structure and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills; preferably risk management and compliance experience.
• Team player with ability to work with colleagues across teams and independently.
• Clear communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Map and assess risks across Cardano and conduct risk self-assessments with teams.
• Identify root causes of incidents and propose improvement opportunities to enhance processes and business continuity.
• Contribute from a risk perspective in projects and monitor/record issues in the risk & compliance system.
• Collaborate within the Risk Management team and with other Cardano units to strengthen risk culture.
