Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Lead Program Manager for its New Verticals pillar in Amsterdam. You will shape transformative programs across Grocery and Retail, turning ambiguity into structured, measurable initiatives and delivering on time and within scope.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive adoption through data-driven decision making while maintaining a strong focus on commercial outcomes and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Generate innovative ideas and solutions to solve commercial and technical problems to advance business success.
• Drive end-to-end planning, execution, delivery, and adoption of complex cross-functional programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams (product, logistics, customer service, marketing, SSO, finance, markets …) and influence all stakeholder levels to foster collaboration, speed, and accountability, driving impactful outcomes.
• Drive and track progress against milestones, budgets, and KPIs; report regularly to senior leadership.
• Identify and resolve issues (strategic, operational, technical) proactively and with a high degree of autonomy, escalating where needed.
• Enable decision-making through data-driven insights and clear communication.
