You will define and lead a structured test-and-learn program, align stakeholders across C-level, country leadership, product, data, marketing and finance to accelerate orders, retention and performance.

You will own the growth roadmap, enable disciplined experimentation at scale, and translate data and insights into prioritized opportunities with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth strategy, performance management and experimentation.
• Proven ability to own a growth P&L or significant revenue impact.
• Experience building scalable experimentation programs.
• Influence senior leadership across markets without direct authority.
• Ability to operate in multi-market environments.
