Job summary

Elevation Group is seeking an IT Project Manager who combines planning with hands-on requirements work to shape IT solutions across ERP landscapes. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into roadmaps, demos, and mockups, and manage budgets, timelines, and external vendors.

Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus, as is AI tool usage. You will drive collaboration, own the IT roadmap, and ensure successful delivery across IT systems while maintaining

• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication with business stakeholders.
• Hands-on ability to define and refine requirements with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IT roadmap, project plans, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Gather, define and align functional requirements with stakeholders and end users.
• Document requirements, demos and mockups in Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate and manage external vendors and implementation partners.
• Act as Scrum Master by facilitating sprint ceremonies and retrospectives.
• Coach teams in Agile methods and drive adoption across projects.
