Job summary

Elevation Group is seeking an IT Project Manager who combines planning with hands-on requirements work to shape IT solutions across ERP landscapes. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into roadmaps, demos, and mockups, and manage budgets, timelines, and external vendors.

Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus, as is AI tool usage. You will drive collaboration, own the IT roadmap, and ensure successful delivery across IT systems while maintaining

About the role

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering key projects across the organization's IT systems, applications, and ERP landscape. This is more than a traditional project management role. You will also work closely with business stakeholders to define, refine, and align functional requirements.

The position combines classic project management responsibilities (roadmaps, planning, budgets, and resource management) with a hands‑on approach to creating requirements, demos, and mockups in Jira and Confluence.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and manage the IT roadmap, project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Gather, define, and align functional requirements with business stakeholders and end users.
• Document requirements, demos, and mockups in Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate and manage external vendors and implementation partners.
• Act as Scrum Master by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams and managers in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Who are you?

• You are based in the Netherlands.
• Experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with ERP systems (such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP transformation projects is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
