Merck Life Science NL is seeking an IT Project Delivery Manager for Marketing and Sales Technology to own end-to-end ERP and CRM delivery. You will drive governance, budgets, and roadmaps, coordinating global stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-scope projects that deliver measurable business value.

Ideal candidates bring a degree in IT or related field, hands-on ERP/CRM project experience, and familiarity with SAP environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT projects, preferably ERP and CRM integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP environments (ECC/S/4HANA) and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of ERP & CRM programmes across global teams.
• Shape delivery governance, budgets, and roadmaps.
• Align diverse stakeholders and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, data reconciliation, and transition to operations.
