Job summary

HSO International is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery for complex ERP Dynamics programs within a multinational setting. You will own scope, schedule, readiness, and customer adoption, coordinating across architects, developers, testers, and consultants.

The role requires travel and a focus on execution excellence in cross-border projects. You will drive planning, readiness, and governance, collaborating with customers to shape requirements, testing, data readiness, and decision-making,

Qualifications

5+ years delivering ERP Dynamics or similar in multinational projects.
Experience with planning, backlog, requirements clarification, testing preparation, and RAID.
International consultancy experience preferred.
Ability to balance scope, time, and cost in complex programs.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day delivery and ensure alignment of scope and plan.
Shape delivery plans, budgets, governance models, and risk assumptions.
Co-author Statements of Work with assumptions, risks, and change control.
Build integrated delivery plans across architecture, build, testing, and customer activities.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across architects, developers, consultants, testers, and SMEs.
Drive testing readiness and go-live preparation.
Maintain RAID discipline and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Initiate structured change-control discussions when needed.
Run governance forums and communicate status to stakeholders.
Partner with customers to improve requirements, testing, and data readiness.
