Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Project Leader in its Tech & Digital Advantage practice to drive technology and digital transformation strategies for clients. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to shape transformation roadmaps, business cases, and governance models across industries.

The role requires 6–15 years of consulting or technology leadership experience, with ERP modernization expertise and strong English communication.

Qualifications

6–15 years of experience in management consulting or technology, digital, or transformation leadership roles.
Experience leading ERP strategy, modernization, or large-scale transformation programs.
Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience applying AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve enterprise processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business challenges into actionable technology solutions.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders across complex transformation initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal English communication; bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary client teams to define and deliver technology, AI, and ERP transformation strategies.
Advise executives on ERP modernization and next‑gen enterprise platforms.
Shape transformation roadmaps, business cases, governance models, and value creation plans for large programs.
Drive end-to-end ERP-enabled transformations by aligning tech, processes, data, and operating model.
Translate complex challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions and recommendations.
Coach teams and contribute to growth of BCG's Tech & Digital Advantage practice.
