Job summary

Destinus is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Business Applications and ERP to own cross-functional ERP initiatives spanning finance, operations and IT. You will drive end-to-end delivery from requirements and design to data migration, testing, cut-over, go-live and hypercare.

You will lead large stakeholder groups, coordinate external partners, ensure governance and maintain clear, risk-aware reporting to leadership. Fluent English is required, with German or Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in business applications and ERP environments.
• Full cycle ERP implementations delivered end to end, ideally on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Deep understanding of core business processes: finance, procurement, supply chain, operations and manufacturing.
• Experience with data migration, UAT, cut-over planning and go-live in complex environments.
• Strong track record managing external implementation partners and consultants.
• Experience aligning large stakeholder groups and running steering committees up to executive level.
• Confident with both waterfall and agile delivery, and with structured status reporting.
• Fluent English; German or Spanish are a plus.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus; manufacturing or aerospace industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own business application and ERP projects end to end: scope, planning, budget, execution, quality and closure.
• Lead large cross functional stakeholder groups across Finance, Operations, Production, HR and IT, keeping up to 100 project participants aligned and informed.
• Translate business processes and requirements into clear project scope, functional decisions and system design choices with process owners.
• Manage external implementation partners and consultants: contracts, deliverables, timelines, acceptance and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Plan and run the hard phases of ERP delivery: data migration, testing and UAT, cut-over planning, go-live and hypercare.
• Run project governance: steering committees, status reporting, risk and issue management, change control and budget tracking.
• Coordinate integrations and dependencies between business platforms and the wider IT landscape.
• Build in house capability: document processes, decisions and configurations so knowledge stays in the company.
• Keep structured, transparent reporting so leadership always knows the status, the risks and the decisions needed.

As Senior Project Manager for Business Applications and ERP at Destinus, you own the projects that shape how the company runs: ERP, finance, operations and other business platforms used across the organization. These are complex, cross functional programs that touch many departments and process owners at once, often delivered together with implementation partners. You plan and drive them end to end, from business requirements and process design through implementation, data migration, cut-over, go-live and hypercare, and you make sure the knowledge behind every decision and configuration stays in the company. Destinus is a fast-scaling, multi-site aerospace company where reliable delivery and clean business processes are essential.
