Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience in logistics or related industries.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of the logistics or supply chain industry and its talent needs.
• Experience in performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with NL labor laws and HR best practices.
