Job summary

WSP NL is seeking a Senior HR Business Manager to lead the HR agenda for the Netherlands and Belgium, partnering with senior leaders, and driving organizational change and workforce effectiveness as the company grows in Northern Europe.

The role covers HR operations, process improvements, analytics, and collaboration with the NL HR team, Talent Acquisition, and the Central Europe HR WSP team. ERP/Oracle implementation and ADP payroll go live in coming years.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a business partner, and expertise in operational HR transformation, process improvement, and change management.
• Experience in M&A due diligence and integration is highly advantageous.
• Strong business acumen, proactive and hands-on mindset.

Responsibilities

• Champion organizational change and drive growth, culture and leadership development.
• Advise leadership, support managers, and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Embed high-performance culture with structured feedback and coaching; mentor HR colleagues.
• Lead HR projects and workforce strategies across NL and Belgium.
