Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in multinational environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Strong background in organizational design and change management.
• Experience across multiple European countries and cultures.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with European senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Drive organizational design, restructuring, and change management aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with regional and local HR teams to implement people strategies consistently.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations and labor matters.
• Coach leaders on performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Leverage HR data and systems to support decision-making and identify improvements.
• Contribute to evolving HR processes and ways of working across Europe.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across functions and countries.
