Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to support strategic customers across Europe from our Zaandam, NL location. This role partners with Sales Managers and Key Accounts to ensure exceptional service, accurate forecasting, and strong commercial performance.

The position emphasizes contract execution, pricing, and coordination of commercial processes, acting as the central link between customers and internal teams. Travel to Europe is expected to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Customer Solutions, Sales Support, Commercial Support, Contract Management, or Inside Sales role.
Experience within the B2B Food or Feed industry is required.
Experience supporting complex international customers and Key Accounts.
Strong understanding of contract management, pricing and contract execution processes.
Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with Key Account customers across Europe and deliver high-level customer service.
Support Sales Managers in managing and developing customer relationships.
Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up with internal stakeholders.
Provide accurate price quotes, assist with contract bookings and frame pricing.
Maintain accurate customer forecasts and support commercial planning and reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional activities between Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, Quality, Sustainability and Operations.
Travel within Europe (~5 times per year) to strengthen customer relationships and support commercial activities.
