Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist in Zaandam, Noord-Holland. You will support Key Account customers across Europe, manage contract execution, and coordinate commercial processes with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working level.
• Minimum 5 years in Customer Solutions or related roles.
• Experience in B2B/European customer environments is required.
• Strong contract management, pricing and booking understanding.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Account customers across Europe.
• Provide high level customer service through proactive communication.
• Support Sales Managers in managing and developing customer relationships.
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up with internal stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted partner by offering value-added support and solutions.
• Provide accurate price quotes, negotiate terms, and manage contract bookings.
• Maintain customer forecasts and support planning activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Quality.
