Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Site HR Manager to lead the people agenda for our Amsterdam production site. You will act as the lead HR partner for the Amsterdam Plant, supporting about 115 employees and collaborating with site leadership, employees, union representatives and the broader HR team to create a safe, engaged and high-performing workplace.

You will cover activities from recruitment, employee relations, and payroll collaboration to training, development and HR service delivery with a strong focus

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience with employee relations and labor law.
• Exposure to unions or works councils.

Responsibilities

• Be the main HR contact for managers and employees on site.
• Partner with operations and support functions to drive performance through people.
• Lead recruitment activities and support workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations, absenteeism and return-to-work processes.
• Maintain relationships with union representatives and support Works Council activities.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch labour legislation and collective labour agreements.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce costs to support decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, and the wider HR team to deliver services.
• Support training, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Champion a strong safety culture prioritising wellbeing.
