Job summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for Vbhi in the Netherlands to redesign the HR framework and implement new people management strategies. In a two-person team, you will guide managers across departments and ensure alignment with business objectives.

The role covers compensation and benefits, recruitment, wellbeing, performance management, training and absence management, with a strong focus on legal compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Dutch governmental regulations; UK/EU regulations a plus.
• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken) and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Dutch or European citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Redesign the HR framework and update documentation and systems.
• Own compensation, benefits, recruitment, wellbeing, performance and training.
• Compile management reports and drive HR process improvements.
• Provide expert HR guidance and coaching to managers and teams.
