Job summary

Inventflow, a dynamic NL-based company, seeks an HR Business Partner to drive the full spectrum of HR from strategy to execution. You will translate vision into concrete HR policy and partner with management and the board while serving as the primary contact for employees.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, and employee wellbeing, while digitizing HR processes in AFAS and reporting HR metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Broad HR BP experience across recruitment to exit and performance management.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR trends.
• Coaching managers and strong communication at all levels.

• Initiatief, integriteit, relatiegerichtheid en procesgericht handelen.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute Inventflow's HR policy.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and external relations for internships.
• Develop employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Coordinate performance and development processes and training plans.
• Manage absenteeism and sustainable employability.
• Coach leaders on leadership and culture.
• Arbeidsverhoudingen: adviseren over arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en naleving wetten en regelgeving.
• Exit: begeleiden van exit-proces inclusief exitgesprekken.
• Digitalisering: digitaliseren en optimaliseren van HR-processen in AFAS.
• Reporting: analyseren van HR-gegevens zoals verzuim, turnover en medewerkerstevredenheid en rapporteren aan management en Raad van Bestuur.
