Qualifications

• A relevant Master’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration.
• Extensive experience across the employee life-cycle.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and unions/works councils preferred.
• Strong communicator and intercultural collaborator at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Be a sparring partner for management on people topics.
• Cooperate with Global HR Center of Excellence to implement HR processes.
• Represent business requirements for HR products/services in HR community.
• Build strong relationships with functional teams and understand business needs.
• Coach and mentor managers on HR policies and complex issues.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and standardization of HR processes.
