Qualifications

• University of Applied Sciences (HBO) degree in HR management or related field.
• Several years of experience in operational HR work.
• Experience advising managers and employees in a global context.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and tactical HR support to managers and staff.
• Support the employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, changes, offboarding.
• Advise managers on HR matters and drive a service-oriented approach.
• Help implement and improve HR processes, policies, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and external partners.
• Support HR metrics analysis to identify process improvements.
