Qualifications

• HBO degree in HR or related field.
• Several years of operational HR experience.
• Experience advising managers and employees.
• Knowledge of employment law and social security regulations.
• Experience with HR systems and HR analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and tactical HR support to managers and employees.
• Support HR processes, policies, and guidelines; collaborate with HR stakeholders.
• Assist with employee development initiatives, performance management, and talent activities.
• Support organizational changes and local HR projects; contribute to People & Culture initiatives.
