Qualifications

• 5+ years in service sales, aftermarket management, or technical sales.
• Strong knowledge of machines, service requirements, and lifecycle management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially after-sales and service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Revenue Generation: Identify high-potential customers, prioritize resources, and execute strategies to increase aftermarket sales.
• Installed Base Optimization: Maintain and analyse data on machines, service history, and customer profiles to target high-value accounts effectively.
• Collaboration & Alignment: Support the after-sales team with insights, tools, and clear priorities to align activities with revenue goals.
• Customer Relationship & Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, coordinating with sales, technical support, and field service to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor service sales, installed base health, and customer satisfaction, using insights to refine strategies and maximise revenue.
