You will work closely with the after-sales team to develop strategies that boost service sales, spare parts, maintenance, upgrades, and modernizations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in service sales or aftermarket management.
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle management.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Own installed base revenue growth and customer success.
• Identify high-potential customers and increase aftermarket sales.
• Maintain data on machines, service history, and customer profiles.
• Support after-sales with insights, tools, priorities.
• Monitor service sales and customer satisfaction, reporting results.
