Equinix is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead analysis and business partnering across bookings, capacity and pricing, transforming data into insights that influence forecasts and strategic decisions. You will collaborate with Sales, Commercial Finance and Capacity Planning to drive growth.

The role emphasizes strong analytical capabilities, experience in planning and forecasting, and a drive to deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior leaders using Excel, Power BI, and planning systems.

Qualifications

Proven FP&A, business partnering or strategic finance experience.
Strong analytical skills across financial, commercial and operational data.
Able to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
Confident partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Commercial Finance and Operations.
Experience with planning, forecasting, reporting and scenario analysis.
Commercially curious and proactive with strong communication.

Responsibilities

Act as the FP&A partner for bookings, capacity and pricing, building relationships across teams.
Own analysis of key commercial and operational metrics and trends.
Translate performance trends into forward-looking insights for senior stakeholders.
Support forecasting, scenario analyses and executive business reviews with data-driven inputs.
