Job summary

Airwallex is hiring an Account Executive in the Netherlands to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with new and existing clients across The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. This role requires fintech expertise, strong relationship building, and the ability to tailor multi-product solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, navigate complex negotiations, and travel as needed to meet clients and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• English fluency and Dutch language proficiency.
• 4+ years of sales experience in fintech/payments, selling technical products.
• Ability to translate complex technical needs into multi-product solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for CXO meetings.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure customer success.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for multi-product sales.
• Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and market trends.
