Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an Account Executive to build and maintain relationships with new and existing strategic clients in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You’ll own the full sales cycle, drive revenue, and support multiple go-to-market and international expansion strategies.

You will be accountable for increasing revenue through new client acquisition and representing Airwallex in client meetings and events across the region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience, preferably fintech/payments selling technical products.
• Ability to speak and write in English and fluent in Dutch.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure customer success.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, including complex multi-product deals.
• Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends.
