Job summary

Hitachi Energy The Netherlands B.V. is seeking a seasoned Finance Business Controller to partner with the Local Service Unit leadership, driving financial performance and governance. You will focus on planning, forecasting, project controlling, and reporting in a global, multi-stakeholder environment.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant master's degree and 7+ years in controlling or FP&A, with strong communication and analytical skills to influence decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or finance business partnering.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, technology, or project-driven environments.
• Proven track record supporting operational and strategic decisions.
• Able to work in an international matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
