Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or finance business partnering.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, technology, or project-driven environments.
• Proven track record supporting both operational and strategic decisions.
• Comfortable in an international matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support strategy execution and improve financial performance.
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis for your area of responsibility.
• Oversee project controlling: profitability, revenue recognition, cash flow, and margins.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities; support project and business reviews.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Drive productivity improvements, cost optimization, and working capital performance.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, high-quality data, and compliant closing schedules.
• Strengthen governance and internal controls; ensure policy and audit compliance.
