Job summary

TES in the Netherlands is seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to join the Strategy & Corporate Finance function. This high-impact role supports strategic decision-making, financial modelling and planning, and growth initiatives.

You'll work with the Head of Corporate Finance & Capital Markets, the Financial Modelling and Strategy teams, and senior leadership, including direct exposure to the CEO. A 2–6 year background in IB, consulting, or FP&A with strategic scope is valued.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Exceptional financial modelling and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy development, long-range planning and market assessments.
• Develop and stress-test financial models for planning and capital initiatives.
• Prepare investment memos and board materials; support fundraising and partnerships.
• Collaborate with CEO and senior teams on strategic narratives.
