Job summary

FTI Consulting in Amsterdam is seeking a candidate to join our Restructuring practice, supporting clients facing financial challenges with a hands-on, entrepreneurial team. You will contribute to delivering restructuring advisory or IBR projects, assessing drivers, and developing viable strategies while collaborating with clients and colleagues.

You will help prepare compelling client communications, mentor juniors, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in restructuring or corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s preferred.
• Professional in English and/or Dutch is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering restructuring advisory or IBR projects.
• Analyze drivers of business performance and variances.
• Develop viable strategies and restructuring plans.
• Prepare client communications and presentations.
• Mentor juniors and expand professional network.
• Support business development and market intelligence.
